• The item has not been used, damaged, or altered
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• The return is initiated within the 30-day return period

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund including return shipping costs. For other returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
